Pole Dancing FAQs

It depends which package you buy. All block bookings have an expiry time from date of first registration,  varying from 4 to 6 weeks expiry time. Alternatively you can pay as you go.

Due to reduce number of spaces following COVID 19, we require a minimum of 36 hours before the booked class for cancellations. Unfortunately, any late cancellations will be counted as attended and is chargeable from your block booking, no exceptions, that enables us to have controlled number of students per pole to prevent over or under booking.

In this case, we will credit your account and your late cancellation fee won't apply, we will freeze your account and you wont be able to book for 14 days from the date you contacted us.

Of course you can. You can attend as many sessions a week as you like

Of course you can, in this case, pay as you go may be the best option for you.

To be able to use your package you must book no later than 24 hours before your session, however DROPINS (last minute booking) are allowed but you would require to pay the dropin price

The minimum age required to join our sessions is 16 years old. Younger can only attend with a written authorisation from parents

Nope, so long as you have no medical conditions that could be aggravated by taking part in our pole dance lessons.

Nope. Total beginners are welcome, as you’ll learn dance moves as well as pole tricks.

Absolutely not, all shapes and sizes are welcome, people have the misconception that you need to be a certain shape and size to be able to pole dance.

Who has upper body strength before taking pole-dancing lessons? No ballerinas can get on their tiptoes on day one. You’ll get stronger and you’ll learn basic moves at first.

Of course you can, pole dance is a freestyle dance around the pole, it can be sexy, street, balletic or your own style!
