Aerial Yoga and Hoop classes

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga is an amazing class that got introduced to our timetable in 2015. It’s a hybrid of yoga, aerial arts and acrobatics. It’s a lesson that involves yoga poses assisted by an aerial silk hammock, which enables the participant to stretch, relax and gain strength.

In the class, we use the hammock to get upside down and to perform different acrobatics and aerial shapes.

If you wish to get strong, flexible and feel light, that’s definitely the class for you. Or if you simply wish to cross train between pole and aerial yoga, it’s a perfect combination.

Aerial Hoop

Aerial hoop is our new baby and got introduced to our timetable in 2016. Having had a lot of fun with the aerial yoga, we decided to introduce a new apparatus to our studio. We currently only offer one group class daytime, however we do offer private sessions which can be arranged by contacting us via poleeffect@hotmail.co.uk or 07899921618.

No previous dancing skills are required; you will sure gain that along the way. No matter what shape, size or level of fitness you are, you will love it. We truly have the most motivational, safe and fun atmosphere.
